How will my package be shipped?
All orders are shipped in sealed unmarked packages. There is absolutely no indications on the packaging that the contents are adult goods. The return address is labeled as New Release Media, not as the adult web site url. While New Release Media often sends packages via US Mail, we also use UPS and Fed Ex. Unfortunately, there is no way for customers to request a specific shipper unless they place their order via mail or phone. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. What will the charge look like on my credit card?
The charge will be labeled on your credit card statement as "FDRIVE" There will be no indication that you have purchased adult goods on your credit card statement. In the event someone calls us in reference to a charge, we do not disclose the details of the nature of the charge unless we feel certain it is the customer that has placed the order. The only exception to this policy is when handling calls from Visa/Master Card's Internet Fraud Dept. We do not send out catalogs, nor do we sell any of your information to other companies. You will be put on a list to receive special offers, but you may unsubscribe at any time. When will my order ship?
Please use this formula to determine when your order will arrive:

   * Processing Time = One or two days to get your order looked at, your credit card authorized (much longer for checks and money orders), and to make sure the ship-to address is on file with your credit card company. If your card does not authorize, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your ship-to address does not match your bill-to, or is not on file with your credit card company, your order will not proceed to the next step. If your order does not proceed to the next step, we will notify you via your order status and by email with instructions on how to proceed. Minimum time: 1-2 business days. We do not process your order on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.

   * Warehouse Time = After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in a day or two. Stock availability is indicated in each product description on our web site, but high-demand items sometimes sell out faster than our web site indicators can display. Minimum time: 1-2 business days

   * Shipment Time = The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your product to you. If you select standard shipping, this time could be a week or two. Some budget shippers do not display tracking information. If you select Super Rush delivery will take within 3 to 5 business days. You may also select Second Day delivery or Next Day Delivery, both of which are business days only.

   * Urgent Delivery - NOTE: If you make a purchase and select next day delivery, your order might not arrive the next day. My order is missing items
We may ship each product at different times and from different warehouses via different shipping companies. We cannot guarantee which shipping company will ship your product to you. Do not be concerned if you receive only one of your products in a box. The other products might arrive soon after from a different location. Items will be shipped separately as they become available.

How much is shipping within the US?
Shipping and handling costs for US orders are a standard $2.95 for the first item and $1.95 for the next 3 items.  The following items will only cost an additional .50 cents each.  The shipping and handling fees may differ with certain items.  The items with additional shipping and handling fees will have the costs automatically added to your shipping fee on the checkout section(s).
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
Yes if the Ship To address on your order is in the state of New York.  The sales tax is automatically computed on products and shipping charges.
Do you ship to APO and/or FPO Military addresses?
YES. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. It is your responsibility to check and comply with your local laws and restrictions. Shipping to APO/FPO may take longer than usual to arrive. For regular delivery please allow approximately 30 business days to arrive. For 'Super Rush' delivery please allow within 15 to 30 business days.
Can I have my package shipped to an address other than my billing address?
Orders under a total of $1,000.00 can be shipped to any shipping address you request. Orders $1,000.00 or more may only be shipped to the billing address that your credit card company has on file.

We do not charge international customers tax for any purchase. Your package(s) may however be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you are having your order shipped to. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are requested once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Are there any restrictions on international orders?
For all new international customers,  there is a $500.00 a month spending limit for the first three months (per customer/household).  This means that you cannot spend more than $500 dollars in the first three months, until you are an established customer.  After three months the spending limit is then removed and you are eligible to place larger sized orders.

How do I mail in an order?
To mail us your order simply add all of your requested items to your cart and follow the checkout process. Print the final checkout page which requests your credit card information before entering your credit card number and expiration date. What is your Return Policy?
Defective Items will be replaced with an identical working item, shipping fees will be waived on reshipped items.  No Refunds.

Sale and/or promotional items are non-refundable.

Unopened merchandise will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  No shipping & handling fees are refundable.

Opened merchandise will be charged a 50% restocking fee.  Store Credit only / No shipping & handling fees refundable

Toys - non-refundable.

Because we cannot refund for products once they have been opened, before opening each product please check its packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product and version.

Can I return / exchange a novelty?
Due to health hazards, and to protect our customers and our employees, we do not accept, for credit or exchange, any of the novelty items sold under the title of TOYS. This includes, but is not limited to, Toys, Bondage Equipment, Extensions, Dildos, Lotions, Dolls, Kits, Pumps, Guides, Vaginas, Lingerie or Vibrators. We will only exchange a defective item with the same exact item if it is returned within 30 days from when the order was shipped and if the item is deemed to be defective by our returns department.
How do I cancel an order?
An order may be cancelled only if that item is out of stock and within 30 days from when the order was shipped. Any order submitted through the web site, if in stock, will ship immediately and cannot be cancelled. You may return your merchandise when you receive the package if you do not open it. Write "REFUSED - Cancel" on the package and send it back. The post office should return it to us for no additional charge to you. If the post office will not send it back as described, we do not pay for the shipping of an order back to us. Unopened returned packages will be credited with a deduction of 20% (restocking fee). Opened returned packages will be credited with a deduction of 50%. Shipping charges are non refundable.

When will my backorder arrive?
We stock considerable overstock to ensure prompt delivery of orders. In addition, our warehouse receives several deliveries a day. Unfortunately backorders are highly dependent on the manufacturers. What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, and Discover - including payment by PayPal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with us. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number as your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed automatically upon placement of your order.

We accept checks and money orders paid in U.S. dollars. Your order will be processed upon receipt of the check or money order.

U.S. orders only can pay in cashier's checks, company checks and personal checks. (International checks are not accepted and will be mailed back) Please allow 15 business days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is shipped.

How do I create an account to avoid re-typing my information?
For security reasons we do not keep customer online accounts. We feel that offering customers the option to create online accounts, may be convenient, but it also creates the threat of having malicious people trying to hack/steal such information from our web servers. Your information must be retyped on each order. Customers have repeatedly asked for this service. We are looking into the option of enabling the use of the various mainstream wallet programs with our store, so as to allow customers the avoidance of redundant retyping of their information as well as not storing such information on the internet. How do I get my CD to work on my computer?
A video CD-Rom is a form of recorded media. It allows full motion video as well as audio to be stored into a CD size disc. A movie CD may be played if your computer matches or exceeds the following requirements:

Pentium based PC (133 Mhz + recommended)
MPEG playback hardware/software

A video CD is not the same as a DVD. However some will play on a DVD-ROM player. If you need help getting a CD-Rom to run please contact our customer service department here.
How do I get my DVD to work on my computer?
Certain titles have conflict problems with particular drives. This is more of an issue with the drive manufacturer than with the company that makes the title. Usually, the problem comes from a driver, which is the programming that recognizes the disk in the drive and transfers the data to your computer. Drive manufacturers are constantly discovering driver problems and frequently post updated drivers on their Web sites. These are easily downloaded and installed on your computer. If not, contact your drive manufacturer and alert them to the problem. Chances are, they will have an updated driver created to correct the problem in very little time.     Do I need any type of media software to watch movies on this site?

    Which Web Browser do you recommend that I use to watch movies on this site?

    Most people use Internet Explorer by Microsoft (free) because most people run some form of Windows operating system on their computers.  If you want to use Internet Explorer, we recommend that you have the latest versions of 7 or higher.

    You can use Firefox by Mozilla too, this is also free and has proven itself to be a very fast, safe and reliable web browser. Most people that use Mac PCs prefer to use this web browser even though it is not installed by default. The default web browser for Macs is Safari. Safari is a competent web browser however we would still recommend that Mac users use Firefox. Many Windows users also prefer to use Firefox too.

    Both of these Web Browser are recommended however you still might experience some playback issues due to very small configurations with each that might need to be done. For playback issues, refer to "Movies are not playing on my computer, what can be wrong?".

    Do I need any type of Internet connection speed to use this site?

    It is best to have a minimum of a DSL connection for video streaming however faster connections of course would product faster results and allow you to select a higher quality stream. This site is not recommended for dial-up connections because of the size of the videos which will take much longer effectively stream or download.

    What's the difference between "Play In Media Player", "Play In Web Browser", "Download To Own"?

    Everyone has a preference on how they want to watch their movies... so we try to cater to all of them.   :-)
    Play In Media Player
    This opens the Windows Media Player separate from your web browser. This allows mobility of the video playback on your desktop, easy resizing and the ability to pause/play the video while browsing the site. This playback option is the most popular choice.


    Play In Web Browser
    This links to the next web page having the video playback embedded on the page. Users that prefer not to have multiple windows open on their desktop prefer this option - you will need to have your desktop at a minimum of 1024 x 768 to effectively view the videos.

    Keep in mind that this option might not work for everyone depending on Firewalls, Web Browser Settings, Web Browser Type or Version, etc., if after attempting to make modifications to your local settings and it still does not work for you, we suggest using the Play In Media Player option instead.


    Download To Own
    Due to popular demand for customers that want to create and keep and archive of their favorite movies on their PC will use this option. You will be deducted the DOUBLE amount of minutes of the length of the scene... for example if a movie scene is 15 minutes long, you will be deducted 30 minutes for this download. Downloads are in Windows Media format (.wmv). You can playback your downloads on your computer anytime without any time/playback restrictions... you own them for life.  Enjoy!
    What's the difference between "768k Speed", "1500k Speed", "2048k Speed", "2560k Speed"?

    The higher the number, the better the video quality... however keep in mind that the higher the number also requires a faster Internet connection (broadband like Cable). 768k Speed caters to DSL and up. 1500k Speed caters to Cable and up but is now replaced by the newer 2048k or 2560k(widescreen) Speeds for the best quality. Also, for customers that prefer to use the option "Download To Own", keep in mind that the higher the number the larger the file to download.

    Movies are not playing on my computer, what can be wrong?

    Make Sure Windows Media Is Your Default Media Player:
    1. Many times when you install different media players, they want to install themselves as your default media player.  You might've not unchecked the box that asks you if you want the new media player to be your default, thereby replacing Windows Media Player. Web sites cannot dictate or force which media player to use, this depends on what you have as your default media player.

    2. If you're using a Firefox web browser, you might need to install the Windows Media Plugin for Firefox at:

      After any changes, it's always a good idea to reboot your PC to ensure that any changes you've made will take effect.
    If  "Play In Media Player"  does not work, possible problems are:
    1. Your media player might be old, corrupted or you might not have the proper media players installed. Refer to our recommended Latest Media Players

    2. Most of the times a simple reboot will fix the problem.  We do not know how many programs you have running on your computer that might be hogging resources that are needed to play the movies. Reboot your computer and try again, many times this fixes it.

    3. You have a firewall installed that is not allowing/blocking streaming media content.  Please refer to your firewalls instructions and settings.  If you did have to change something, we recommend that you reboot your computer so that it takes effect.

    4. If you using a computer at your place of work or on a public computer, most of the times these places will have firewalls to restrict viewing of media content or adult material.
    If  "Download To My PC"  does not work, possible problems are:
    1. When entering the download page that displays a large download box... Do Not Click On It.
      Please READ what it asks from you which is mainly to use the right click menu options to save the movie file onto your computer.

    2. Our web servers allocate a short period of time for you to start the download.  We recommend that you know where you want to save your movie files first before you click to download so that you are prepared to start the download as soon as you are on the download page.

    3. If the download fails, click back to the previous page and try again... you might've waited too long to start the download.

    4. You should NOT download more than 2 movies at a time.  Downloads consume a large portion of your Internet bandwidth and your computer's memory which might make some of your downloads to fail.
    We make every effort to give our customers the freedom to watching movies the way they want.  All of our viewing options work perfectly because it's been tested by our developers as well as millions of people.  If one of these viewing options still do not work on your computer after several attempts to figure it out, we recommend that you use the viewing option that works because it would be impossible for us to diagnose your computer as to what the problem might be.  This FAQ page should cover most, if not all, problems.  Enjoy. :)


    What can I do if a Downloaded Movie doesn't work on my computer??

    If you downloaded a movie and doesn't playback on your computer then it can be one of a few things:
    1. You don't have the necessary software to play Windows media files.  Click Here to get the software required and download the latest version for your PC now.


    2. The download didn't complete properly, which means that you'll need to reattempt the download again. You can contact us so that we can investigate and reimbursed on those minutes lost on the failed downloads.

      It's always a good rule of thumb to only download 1-2 movies at a time.  Poor Internet connections from your ISPs is something we cannot control and intermittent bandwidth streams can affect downloading, and watching movies.

      Also, when a file is downloading, it's been instantly authorized for you to get it within 30 seconds, once it starts do not pause or stop the download until it's completely finished.


    3. The movie file might be corrupted which is the rarest and unlikely case, but possible.  Contact us so that we can investigate and reimbursed on those minutes lost on the failed downloads, and fix the corrupted file for you.
